The Caroline County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in the Community Services Center, Auditorium, located at 17202 Richmond Turnpike, Milford, Virginia, to consider the following:
Beginning at 7:30 p.m.
SPEX-06-2011 – Brathwaite, Amanda Baker, Owner / Applicant: Request a Special Exception Permit in accordance with Article XVII, Section 13 (Standards for Special Use Permits) and Article IV (RP Rural Preservation), Section 5.11, of the Caroline County Zoning Ordinance on tax map #16-A-108 consisting of 1 acre, more or less. This property is located at 7209 Macedonia Road, Port Royal Voting District. Proposed Use: Adult Home. The 2030 Comprehensive Plan identifies this property as being in an area designated as Agricultural Preservation with a density of one dwelling unit per 25 acres of land.
